Kiton offers a sophisticated return process for our clients, allowing for the return of unworn and unaltered items within 14 days of delivery. Each piece must be returned in its original packaging with all security tags and seals intact to maintain the integrity of our artisanal craftsmanship.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Access your order history through your Kiton account or the dedicated 'Returns' portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items in their original Kiton box, ensuring all garment covers, hangers, and authenticity cards are included before sealing the package.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Utilize the pre-paid courier label provided in your original shipment and schedule a complimentary collection or drop off the parcel at an authorized service point.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Upon receipt at our Italian atelier, our specialists will inspect the garment's condition; once approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
